I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Social Work. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#5536) and a Registered Social Worker (#05263) with over 30 years of experience in individual and group psychotherapy.

I have experience working with individuals, families and groups in private practice, community mental health clinics, primary care, hospitals, residential care, not-for-profit societies and healthcare leadership.
