Therapy can be the starting point to initiate positive changes in your relationship with yourself and with others. Therapy can allow for the conversations needed to navigate life changes, both welcome and unwelcome. Some of this work might look like the following:

  • Understanding how past experiences can negatively influence current relationships
  • Improving your relationship with your body
  • Building a life that fits more comfortably with your values
  • Understanding your emotional experience with the intent of experiencing and expressing emotions safely
  • Changing your relationship with painful emotions such as anger, frustration and anxiety
  • Moving through grief and loss
  • Recovering from depression
  • Understanding addictions and reducing harm
